Linked Image cannot be displayed

I have an email that contains an image, uploaded to the design studio, but I am receiving this message when I do a test send. I have tried to rename, delete, re-upload, etc. But this continues to show up. If I click the image area, the picture shows. If I re-open the email a second time, the picture shows. Does anyone know how I can correct this?
