Link token to group list for a personalized email

Hi

my aim is to send a personalized email with the name and the last name in the beginning of the email.

How can I connect the token {{lead.First Name}} {{lead.Last Name}} to the group list I created for the email?

I don't understand the question.

Lead tokens aren't related to list membership. They're flat fields in the lead that have the same values when used in any email, regardless of the list used to send the email.

As long as your records in Marketo for this list have first and last name, the token will 'pull' from their record and fill in that token dynamically with whatever is in those fields. If it's blank, then there wouldn't be anything to pull (although you can set a default behavior so that it doesn't leave this section blank).

I would do a quality check of your list to make sure their records have their names and that it doesn't have something like "Do Not Contact - Brian" or something like that.
