Link to Lead Profile in Alerts

I would like to include a link to a contact's Marketo record in the Alerts that I send out to business development team.

How would I structure a URL that would include either the "Marketo Unique Code" or "Marketo Unique Name" token, such that it would link directly to the contact's profile. 

I've gotten this far, but am unsure about what to include to begin the query string:
https://app-sj02.marketo.com/leadDatabase/loadLeadDetail?XXXXXXXXX={{lead.Marketo Unique Code}}

You should be able to accoplish this by using the {{SP_Send_Alert_Info}} token.  You will need to make sure your lead records have a first and last name in order for it to work properly.  You can find additional information here.
