Link tagging in an email

We have written up an email template that has two links in it that will be sent to our sales reps to use and send out to their customers. The email will not be sent out of Marketo from the sales reps as they will be sending it from their own email. However, I want to tag the two links that are in the email template and still be able to track those. Is there a way that I can add those two links with tags to Marketo to track them?

Unless they are sending using the MSI plugin or through Salesforce, there is no way to track this via Marketo.

Shoot! No they wouldn't be using a plugin, they are overseas.
