Link Field Blank - why?
When I look at the results tab of a campaign (to see what action was taken), I like to look into the detail of the "click email" to see which link the lead clicked in the email. However, for some reason the link field is blank for anyone who clicked the link in this particular email. What does that mean? Why won't it show me which link the lead clicked? Any help would be appreciated!
