Limiting Membership

Hi

We would like to have an event campaign, but only have space for about 15 people in 3 different time slots on one day. We would like to automatically limit this in the lists and then trigger an apology email if we are full.

How can this be done?

I think this can't be done in an automated fashion since marketo ties data to leads and not the number of times a campaign is run.  You can get around it by sending everyone a pending space, and then manually add people to a list that would trigger a confirmation and set up a separate list that would trigger, thanks but we are full.

Marketo does not allow auto event limits. There have been threads on this, but as Jessica notes, you can tell people on the Page and Confirmation email that space is limited and they will receive a final RSVP if space is available. This lets you pick and choose a bit.
