Lightbox Form - Known Visitor Feature / Not you?

We are rebuilding our website with the new forms 2.0 and using lightboxes. We have a link on the webpage that once clicked opens the lightbox with the form and we have known visitor feature turned on. However, it seems as though if a known lead visits the page but it isn't them - once 'not you' is clicked, it just refreshs the page and doesn't show the form.

Has anyone else come across this? And fixed it?
