Learning Management System Recs?

Do you have a learning management system that can be used for customers (to take paid trainings) you love?

I'm interested in something that integrates with Marketo/SFDC in that it can send records to one of the systems AND can capture URL parameters.

Bonus points for excellent customer service and native integration to SFDC.
