Leads sync'd to SFDC aren't visible to all?

I'm finding that when I use the Sync a Lead to SFDC flow step and assign a lead to a specific person, that only that specific person can see that lead. Generally, with our current profile/permissions, we can all see each other's leads.

Note: right now, not all leads between SFDC and Marketo are sync'd, only those that meet the scoring threshold get sent to SFDC.

Any ideas on why leads generated from Marketo would only be visible to the assignee?

Hi Michelle,

If you log into SFDC as an admin and go to that lead there should be a button on the top of the lead page called Sharing. Click on it and then click on Expand list it will give you a list f all the users and groups who have access to this record then you can click on Why? to see why they can see it.

It was a SFDC permissions issue.
