Lead Source showing as "IP"

Hello - I am having an issue post-form fill with my lead's coming through with a lead source of "ip". I currently have a hidden field set to mark their lead source as "web" (see below), however it is not populating. Anyone run into this before?

Check the forms, check the form fill history and querystrings being used.
