Lead Source: how do you organize them?

Our lead source picklist is getting busy. Considering migrating to a more broad approach to lead source labeling and adding second field for lead source detail (and most recent lead source detail).

Just wondering if anyone wants to share what channels they have at the top level of "lead source"?

Here are the ones we use.  We append "(MKT)" to those that are marketing sources to make it easier to select these in reports and lists.

  • Direct Mail (MKT)
  • Email (MKT)

  • Jigsaw
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • List Purchase (MKT)
