Lead Source at a Program Level

Question

Hello Marketo Community!an overarching problem we have is identifying how leads became registered members for a specific program. we've got lots of programs, and that lead's "source" for that program is likely to be different from program to program - so one custom field wouldn't cover it.does anybody out there have thoughts on how to handle this?

Hi Justin -You can assign the Acquisition Program upon Lead creation so that when a Lead is created in the system, and has specific attributes, you can tag them with an Acquisition Date and Program.You can also use Lead Source Detail to give credit to specific programs if you have access to that field.
