lead scoring trigger

We would like to st up a lead score trigger for to assist our sales team for followup.

In the trigger we have used Score name is Lead Score > and Change is+5

We are not exactly sure what +5 means?

When a lead score increases in a block of 5 then trigger? (eg, one event that increases a score by 5 or more)

Or is it an incremental increase and when that reaches 5 it will trigger (eg, browse web page =1 and the lead browses five of our pages)

If I understood it correctly, you are right when assuming it is an incremental increase - meaning your sales team will be informed each time the lead score goes up with +5 points. 

Better to use the trigger 'DATA VALUE CHANGES' -> Attribute: lead score -> add a constraint: value, which you set at a certain threshold ex. 40 points

Each time a lead reaches this threshold you could send out an e-mail to sales person.
