Hello,

Can you limit score decay score by each scoring activity?

For example, the Visits key web page (product) - gets a score of 3; they did that 3x, so they have a score of 9. After 90 days, if there is no further Visits key web page (product) activity, score is decayed by 9.

Yes, e.g. Key Page Score, General Page Score, etc. add up to Behavioral Score.

If you're mixing scores together into one: No, you can't decay the original constituent parts at different rates.

Each decay variant needs its own score. Then you add them up into the total score.

Ahhh ok.

So can only really decay by new decay scoring types

Such as

Decay - No Activity 90 days, -10, Person runs through every 90 days
