No really, because it really constrains on what leads are owned by the SFDC user. You could always pull a Smart List of leads with high scores or even sort by score to get something close.

There are ways to build customized lists that offer "best bets," that can be built around:
Priority companies
Demographics
Firmographics
Behavior
Etc.
