Lead records showing symbols instead of special characters

Hi Community, can anyone offer any suggestions on dealing with this issue?

We have previously imported lists into Marketo where names included accents, but the accents showed up as a little square symbol.  I now know that we need to import with special characters using CSV UTF-8 format to avoid this, but is there a way to fix the data that was previously uploaded?

    Yes, re-upload that column for the affected leads only in UTF8.

    Email Address | columns you care about

    BUT if you have dupes, you may need to do more and be careful.
