Lead Queues + Tasks: Enable Sales Cloud Spring '20 Features Update

With the latest Update in Salesforce Sales Cloud Spring '20, tasks can finally get assigned to Lead Queues:

 

Please implement necessary Changes to leverage this

  • Sales Owners field should also pull in Lead Queue info, or reference in some other way.
    e.g: Sales/Lead Owner First Name =  "Lead Queue"; Sales/Lead Owner Last Name = "actual sfdc queue name"
             or at least pull in the queue email into the Sales/Lead Owner Email field so they can be referenced
  • Tasks should be assignable to Lead Queues as well, not only users

    This should def be added as part of Marketo's roadmap.  Submitted a ticket on this in the last few days and was told its not on the roadmap yet.  Really important feature that would open up a ton of opportunity for efficiency from a lead assignment perspective!
