Lead nuturing from vacation responder

Hello,

I would like to send out a campaign that re-sends an email a week later if a vacation responder email is recieved.
Is there anyway to set this up or a tutorial I could reference?

Unfortunately Marketo cannot determine if a Lead responds to an email or not, or how that response happened. The only way I see is if you created a smart campaign that was able to be accessed through Sales Insight so the rep could add someone who sent an OOO message.
