Lead Lifecycle Question

What happens to the Lifecycle status of a lead whose, status existing status is MEL, unsubscribes from our emails?

Do they remain MEL until they meet the minimum day requirement for them to qualify for the "inactive" status?

Please advise.

Hi Morgan,

This really depends on how the lead lifecycle has been set in your system. We cannot known, it's not a standard rule for all Marketo users

you need to investigate in your system how it's configured.
