Lead First Name token - all uppercase

Hi,

Is the lead first name token used in the body of the email always going to pull in the name with all uppercase letters? Or is this something we have the ability to edit? (I'm not sure if it's pulling the name in however the lead entered it or if it automatically makes the name all uppercase.)

Thanks!

Hi Mariah, it will pull in the name exactly as it looks in your system. For example, if my first name is dory in your system, then the example below would be:

Dear {{lead.first name}},
Dear dory,

Is there any way to change the case in the token? Our account owner names are being pulled through from Oracle financials in UPPER CASE. When we personalize communication with the account owner token in the signature block, we do not want to shout at people :)
