Lead field not syncing to Field Management

Hi all,

 

I have a field (organization type) showing up on my lead object in the salesforce object sync, where there's an implied sync. However, the field is not showing up in my field management. I've checked the back log (its now been hours) and nothing significant there. Is there something i manually need to do to get this to show up?

Was this field created recently in SFDC? If possible, could you also take a screenshot of the Field Management search view?

@gmartella, if you're seeing the field on the lead object in Marketo > Salesforce Object Sync tab, then there's likely no issue with the permission set (i.e., the sync user can see this field). Do you see the field on the person profile page (SFDC custom fields tab if the new field isn't mapped with an existing Marketo field), or if your field is mapped with a Marketo field, you'd want to search that field (Marketo field) and look at its mapping.
