Lead Details - Drop Down Field

Is it possible to create a drop down menu within the lead detail screen when there is no CRM integration? I'm trying to use the String data field, but it doesn't seem to be cooperating.

Hi Pierce,

Not in the Lead Detail screen, but it would be able to be setup in the Design Studio for one of your forms.  There currently is no  wizard in the field management section that allows you to store the field and its values that would be necessary for a picklist field.

I think if you had values in the field you create (or if you were using an existing field) that you can see a drop down in the lead detail view. But if you create a new field with no values on any lead, then no, you cannot as Michael pointed out.
