Lead blocked by Marketo validation due to bad email

hello,

How can I download the leads that have been blocked by Marketo form's validation?

I can search them if I know the bad email but do not know how to get to the entire list.

Please advise,

Huh? Surely you do not mean validation on a Marketo form, that is, JavaScript-based input field validation. If someone is blocked at that level, they aren't in your database.

Please be more precise, using Marketo terminology.

Hello SanfordWhiteman,

That is precisely what I mean.

Our first instinct was that these leads were lost as well. But, we were able to find them through search. This led us to assumption that these leads that were not forwarded to our CRM and for which Marketo has not produced validation error messages for our potential customers, must have been stored somewhere in Marketo database.

Sorry for the incorrect terminology, I do appreciate your assistance 🙂

Perhaps you are looking for a smart list with the filter Email Invalid = True ?

- Create smart list with Email Invalid= false, you can also add more parameters say email address not contains '@'.
