Lead Auto Assignment Rules

Does anyone use Smart Lists to Auto Assign leads? I'm trying to assign by Country and Industry but it seems that I can only choose one field in the Flow charts. Is there a way to say,

If Country equals China; Hong Kong
and Industry equals Financial Services
Owner Name: User: Name

I would suggest using Segmentation instead of a Smart List.  You can select if "segment" then owner name.  You can build segmentation out in the Lead Database.  More information can be found here:  https://community.marketo.com/MarketoTutorial?id=kA250000000Kz0r

I got really excited when I saw Segmentation and was wondering how come I've never heard of it being used in Marketo until now. Unfortunately, it is not a part of the Spark edition :(
