Lead activity summary dashbord in the lead view

Analyzing the lead activity might be painful and is not very visual.

It would be amazingly helpful to have, on the lead detail, an additional tab (as a first tab or last but one tab) that would display in a graphical/dashboard way, something similar to sales insight, but with more info :

  • All the interesting moments that were posted to the lead
  • All the smart campaigns a lead is/has been a member, with the last date at which it occurred
  • All the batch smart campaigns a lead would qualify for
  • All the emails that have been sent, with Opened and Clicked icons, with the last date at which it occurred. And of course a link to the email itself (Opening in a new window)
  • All the LPs a lead has visited, with a icon showing the conversions, with the last date at which it occurred. And of course, a link to the LP itself (Opening in a new window)
  • All the score changes with a graphic showing score evolution over time. Each score would be represented by a line.

All these would be sortable by name or date. The smart campaigns, emails, Landing Pages would be clickable

It would also be nice if this dashboard component could be added to the custom tab as a widget.

And it would even nicer if the dashboard layout could be customized with widgets.

This lead dashboard should be accessible by CRM users in 1 click from the CRM (similarly to the opportunity influence analyzer).

And it should be possible to export the data.

Something like this?  This is the Customer Experience Profile within the Sitecore CMS.  We're actually in the middle of a website redesign that includes integrating much of the Marketo data into Sitecore so that we can use the best-of-breed features in both platforms (and also enable us to trigger off of behavioral data in Marketo using DemandBase and Sitecore's personalization engine).

Do you see the same type of summary for 'Accounts' would also be relevant? I see it would be great to have such summary for customer doing Account Based Marketing. What are your thoughts?

Absolutely!  Anything that extends the capabilities in Marketo to provide an account-centric view of engagement, the better.  Not only do we go-to-market against specific/named accounts (about 1300 worldwide), but we also have a strong ABM program, consisting of about 15 global accounts.  I would love to help shape/influence what these views might look like.  Let me know if you'd like some input.
