Launchpoint partner to make form have better data FORMAT?

We embed Marketo forms on our website and we have a lot of people who fill in forms in all caps or lowercase. Do any of you work with an outside vendor to clean up the data so that if a person enters it in all caps it gets changed to title case?

I'm open to other suggestions as well. We've tried training our sales reps to fix the info as it comes in, but it would be easier if the data came in better looking. Thanks!

What's the correct case for "HELEN VAN DER BERG"? What's the correct case for "alfonso de la vega"? You can't know this. The JavaScript to forcibly convert to title case is trivial. But the machine logic to capitalize somebody's name correctly doesn't exist.
