Launching Engagement Programs

We set our Engagement Program to start today but it did not send as per the cadence we set.  What would prevent it from starting?

Was the email or program approved?  When you moused over the set cadence, did it say when the next cast would be?

I'm seeing something similar.  We have it set to send, all content is approved, and there are members in the program, yet no emails are being sent, nor do we see any date/time for "next cast" on the program dashboard.
