Last Interesting Moment Desc - Heavy Web Traffic

Hi There,

I found lead info are not updated when the value "Heavy Web Traffic" is set for the field "Last Interesting Moment Desc" in a lead. 

What does "Heavy Web Traffic" mean and what it will cause?

Will the lead details be updated in this case? If so how long it will take to update?

Hi Jessica,

The text of an interesting moment is normally defined by an end user. So you should have some smart campaign with an interesting moment flow step that has the text value "Heavy Web Traffic".

It might be best if you log a case with support and give the links to your examples, that should make it easier for us to see exactly what is happening.
