Large number of pending emails in batch campaign

Is anyone else noticing a lag in emails being delivered? I launched a batch campaign to a little over 86k addresses almost 5 hours ago.  There are still about 7k emails in the pending column, which is 8% of total sent. We usually don't see this happen so wondering if it's something on the server end? I checked in the Campaign Queue and nothing is there so it's done running. How can I get these pushed out?

Please check with Support on this. It would be nice if they added an email processing timer. I saw this on an ESP recently that showed

Total Emals
Emails per Second
Est time to complete
Emails Sent so Far

If you go into admin -> treasure box -> campaign monitor (enable this feature) -> navigate back to Marketing Activities -> top menu you will see "Campaign Queue" - this will tell you all the campaigns actively running right now. 

I've talked to support before the end of the year and that's what they did for me. I was given the reason that i had too many trigger campaigns going at once, but I'm not a beliver in that one...

This mass pending number just happens every now and then is my experience. My guess is you sent during a high period in their system and are therefore delayed...
