Landing Pages unapproved

Has anyone been experiencing all of their landing pages being unapproved?  No one has edited a landing page template in our system, and many of our landing pages are all of the sudden unapproved today...  just wondering if it is system wide, or only our instance...

What is the landing page name? I can retrieve the change log to evaluate whether it arises from human and system actions. The latter is unlikely although not impossible.
