Landing Page Templates

I'm attempting to create a new landing page and am following these instructions.

Step three illustrates that I can select either a Guided or Free-form template. Unfortunately, when I open that drop-down neither of those two selections appears. I've tried creating the LP in a program as well as in Design Studio.

Any guidance appreciated.

    Jim, create a new landing page template to get to that drop down where free form and guided are options.

    I believe you are on the "create new landing page" vs "template" option.

    Those docs seem a little off.
