Did the capability of approving all landing pages used by one template once it is edited gone in the new UI?

I don't recall ever seeing that, but it would be awesome!

You can still do this:
  1. Go into Design Studio
  2. Click "Landing Pages" (don't drill down, just click the section header)
  3. You'll get a list of all landing pages, along with draft statuses
  4. You can select multiple here and approve all drafts at once
