Landing page rich text editor not displaying

We have a couple of users in China are experiencing the issue. When they open the rich text editor on the landing page, it shows up as blank. I've recommended different ways to troubleshoot, but none of them works:

1. Use different browser

2. Connect to Phone 4G network

3. Clear cache and browsing history

Anyone has any idea what could be causing this issue?
