Landing Page Editor - Chrome - load unsafe script - what causes that?

When I edit a Landing Page using Chrome, the Landing Page opens with all the formatting stripped out so that you see plain text with links.  Chrome shows a security warning.  You have to click a browser button to "Load an Unsafe Script."  This happens every time and I was wondering what causes that?

The reason why I'm asking is that someone else was testing an approved landing page and the Thank You page was served to them with all the formatting stripped out - looking exactly like it looks when I edit a landing page in Chrome.  So I'm trying to understand whether that person's laptop might be reacting to the same Unsafe Script behavior that occurs when I edit landing pages in Chrome.

You can ignore this - it turned out that our Marketo landing page template had gotten corrupted somehow.
