Landing Page Dropdown is not selecting the Select All option

Hi Community,

I've been having this page with a form used on a landing page since yesterday. There is a drop down menu placed on the form with several options with the default being select one. Typically, the select one would be highlighted and the customer would need to select what field best suits them.

However, I'm noticing that it defaults to a field called "Other." I also noticed that this issue occurs in Chrome and Firefox but not IE. Does anyone know a solution or workaround for this? I need it to default back to Select One. 

This is my first time with this issue and we have active campaigns using this form. I have tried logging in and out, replacing the form again, redoing the fields in the template form etc.

In the title, I meant select one option not select all.

Hi Cathy -- you've probably already tried this, but it's always my first step in troubleshooting landing pages. Have you cleared your browser cookies to confirm that it's not just an auto-population issue?
