Keep Internal Emails out of SFDC Campaign During Sync

Hello,

I am trying to set the flow in my trigger campaign so that anyone that is internal (testing the campaign, like myself) DOES NOT sync over to the SFDC campaign. I have tried a bunch of different things and I cannot seem to keep myself out of the campaign in SalesForce or other employees for that matter. I thought that adding the 'Remove from SFDC Campaign' step to the flow would do the trick but it didn't. Can someone please help me?
