JS - trigger is completion of creating a form

Hi All,

I've been customizing FORM 2.0 on a Marketo landing page, where I want to create some procedure
by JavaScript (Jquery), when I finish creating a form (trigger is completion of creating a form).

However, I can't make this work successfully.
Are there anybody who knows how to do this and hopefully show me some sapmle codes.

Any advice would be welcome!
