jive issues in community?

I usually wait for my 'notification' icon to update from the dash to a number to indicate when Jive has finished loading on the page -- but I'm noticing that, especially on my profile page, sometimes it never loads. When it doesn't load you no longer get access to the entire nav bar...  anyone else seeing this? I've rebooted and checked 2 days in a row now...@Sanford Whiteman​?
