It would be ideal if smart list subscribers were emailed in real-time with leads.

I love the new feature that allows us to subscribe to smart lists! It is absolutely necessary for my company to have this feature.

However, it would be ideal if subscribers could be emailed in real-time as new leads come into the smart list. The majority of our smart lists are formed when users submit a form, and we like to be notified of this. Of course, with the current feature the smart list subscription emails can only be sent on a daily basis at most.

You can do this by setting up a trigger campaign with your condition and a send alert flow step.

Trigger

Fills out form <your contact form>

Flow

Send Alert <your alert email>

    Hi Analisa,

    There isn't an article specifically for this instance, but I took a couple screenshots below.  Just create a new smart campaign and add the Fills Out Form trigger to your smart list.

    The add a Send Alert Flow step to your Flow, and choose what alert email should be sent, and who should receive it.

    Then you can go to the schedule tab and activate the campaign.  Once that's done it will react to any leads filling out whatever form you chose in the trigger, or all forms if you used the "is any" option.
