Issues with Campaign Activity Reports

Has anyone else been experiencing issues getting your campaign activity reports to run? I have tried in 3 separate browsers and the wheel keeps spinning like it is thinking without generating the reports.

Any help ideas??

We get an infinite-loading loop when we try to open any of our revenue-cycle analytics reports, and we have email programs that have been "sending" for the last four hours with no progress.  Looks like the problem is on the Marketo side.

Hi Jessica,

Have you tried narrowing your search by only selecting a few folders in the setup?  Our instance has over 5,000 campaigns (active and inactive) so my report would attempt to generate then time out.  However, when I reduced the number of campaign folders selected, I managed to get the reports to run. I would try narrowing your filters if you have no already and see if you can get it to run. If you still have issues, I'd contact Support.
