Issues specifying "Follow-up Type: Landing Page" from landing page setup?

Hey all,

Is anyone else having issues triggering the right form followup page from the gated landing page?

We have three options from the Gated page:

When I use the "Follow-up Type = Landing Page" option, it doesn't fire. When I use Form Defined, it works.

I'm using a 2.0 form, am I only able to use Form Defined, if that's what I'm using?

Can you post a link to one of your LPs with the Form Follow-Up overridden to "Landing Page"? I'd like to inspect the form config.
