Issue with ReadyTalk integration - registrant couldn't log in. Isolated case?

We use ReadyTalk for our webinars and I've set up the integration with Marketo - have used it for 5 or so webinars.

But I got a scary message today and yesterday during our back to back webinars. Two users could not log into the webinar with the unique link provided in their email confirmation/reminders. 

Could this just be an isolated case? Maybe issue with their browser etc? 

OR, could it be something more widespread. I have noticed that attendance rate is a lot lower than usual - 25% rather than 40%.

Anyone have similar issues, or know how I can troubleshoot?

Is there a limit to the # of attendees?

Did you call ReadyTalk?
