Issue with push notification - missing Mobile Apps and Devices option

Hello,

We are trying to use the Push Notification option, but according to the documentation, we should use the option called "Mobile Apps & Devices". However, we cannot find this option in our sandbox.

We have already searched for information in the Adobe documentation, but our screen looks different. I am attaching an image showing both screens: the Adobe documentation and the custoner's sandbox.

Could someone with experience in Push Notification assist us?

Hi @daniela_wj ,

Push notification is an add-on service make sure your account have been activated for the same with Adobe account manager.
