Issue with Outlook Plug In - tracking wrong user

Hi everyone-

Has anyone else had issues with the Outlook Plug In tracking activity from the wrong user?  For example, one of my Inside Sales team members sends an Outlook email and tracks with Marketo.  When the activity is logged in Salesforce, it's assigned to a general user instead of the Inside Sales team member.

Our IT department is working on a fix as it appears it's something with our server internally, but I was just curious to see if anyone else has experienced this.

Is the Inside sales team member sending the email different from the lead/contact owner?

Not that I know of - in all the instances that have been forwarded to me for review, the Inside Sales rep is the owner of the record.

I'm currently experiencing this same issue. Were you able to find a fix?  Or does anyone know why this is ocurring?

From my knowledge it's only affecting one sales rep at my company, and they I doubled checked and they are the owner for these leads.
