Issue with forms not working on mobile devices

Hi,

we have noticed that the forms on mobile devices are not working (neither on desktop version of our website nor on mobile version). But the 2 versions are working fine on PCs. Have you experienced same issue? Is this related to browsers (e.g. Safari)?

Mostly this particular issue arises due to break in JavaScript or Jquery. If you can check the JavaScript for errors will help you
