Issue moving folder to new workspace - assets are in use

I'm trying to move a folder containing a program, an assets folder containing a email alert and notification and a form.

Evertyime I try to move the folder to a new workspace, I get an error saying:

Not allowed

The following assets are in use or used by other assets:

  • Email Alert
  • Marketing Alert

I check those assets for where they are used, and they have nothing listed against them.

Am I missing something, is there a caching setting ?

Thanks

Are those emails or campaigns?

The Template may not be accessible from the Target WS.

Also, I thought you could only move the Program, not the folder.

Actually, it's the other way around - you can only move a program between workspaces if the program is first placed/cloned to a folder.  And of course, now you can clone directly between workspaces - no longer need to first clone to folder; and then move folder to workspace.

The thing to watch here is to make sure no local assets (within the source workspace, but outside the program) are being referenced or part of the existing program.  And like Josh said, there may be some things not so apparent, like an email that used a template not accessible to the targeted workspace.
