Is there a way to view Marketing Activities by User?

We have multiple departments with their hands in Marketo and sometimes our Marketing Activities Tree gets really crazy and confusing. Is there any way to assign certain folders to a particular user so that someone doesn't have to view everyone else's folders? If not, any solutions other than making huge folders?

You can submit as an idea but not available at this time, unless you have Enterprise version of Marketo and use Workspaces to determine access.

Hoping to help a little so suggestion for a small version 'fix' in Analytics tab of Marketo if you use Programs.

If you use Marketing Programs you can create Tag called Program User and add members of your team. That way you could pull Program reports based on Tag for each user.

Again, not what you are looking for but a little bit of seperation if you use Programs. You can create Tags for Geography, etc. as well and be able to group Programs.
