Is there a way to track leads that opened up multiple emails within one campaign (and switch the lead score accordingly)?

Hi Friends!

Quick Questions:

  1. 1. How do I create a report that shows the people that opened multiple emails in one campaign?
  2. 2. Is there a way to increase a lead score based on the results (ie. opened more than 3 emails +10)?
  3. 3. Can I automate this cadence across campaigns?

You can create a Lead Performance report whose smart list has an Opened Email filter where you specify all of the emails you want to track, during whichever period and the number of opens.  If you want to require that separate emails are opened, rather than just one that was opened multiple times, add multiple Opened Email filters for each email.

You can do the same technique with your lead scoring smart campaign.

Not sure what you mean about automating the cadence across campaigns.

I think she means to score people like that. Yes, just use

Opens Email IS X

Date=30 Days

Min Times=3

Change Score +10

I'd personally focus on clicks, but up to you.
