Is there a way to track email replies?

When a lead record receives a Marketo email and looks like it is coming from the lead owner, can the replies to the lead owner be tracked? Is there a piece of code or token that I can input into the reply field?

I believe this can only be done if the email was sent from Sales Insight or the OUtlook/gmail plugins.
