Is there a way to see the salesforce endpoint URL the marketo user account is pointing to?

Under Admin -> Integration -> Salesforce, is there a way to find out the Salesforce login URL that the integration account is using?

We have custom domain login URL for salesforce.com. I would like to know if I could custom domain login URL instead of login.salesforce.com
